Simple Living 101-Gas begins at home

I'm trying to get our financial affairs in order, and I've flogged everyone with beans over the past week. "Use up what you've got" has meant red beans, white beans, black beans...oy! At the end of the week, I successfully made my own mayonnaise. Observe the joy that is cheap, fluffy, delicious (dairy and egg free) whipped oil. I'll indulge just a little more.

Here's the recipe!
Vegenaise (Vegan Mayonnaise) Recipe
2 1/4 cups canola oil
1 cup soymilk
1 tablespoon light agave nectar
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 small clove garlic, optional
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Combine all ingredients except lemon juice in blender, blending until smooth. Slowly add lemon juice until liquid thickens.
