Supper tonight was a hurry up affair. I've got to monitor an eBay snafu, so Squirrel graciously volunteered to whip up a little something. 15 minutes later (I'd already put the water on), we had her yummy spaghetti ready. . .
Note the sour cream (Tofutti) and capers. The topping info follows:
Vegan Parmesan Sprinklez
1 sleeve saltines
2 cups almonds
2 T. nutritional yeast
2 t. miso
Grind 'em all together. Tastes so good!
